1. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan, and you will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
2. Refund Policy
Payments for our Pro subscription are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods or unused time. Once a payment is made, it is final.
We encourage you to use our comprehensive Free plan to determine if Engiura is the right fit for you before upgrading to a Pro subscription.
